  I don't know what the first reviewer is talking about as the owner speaks excellent english firstly and the serving are huge and majority of dishes are around the $15 mark so you can get 3 dishes for $50. The service is great and the food is wonderful for a great price, everyone should try this place :)

  The portions they serve are RIDICULOUSLY SMALL, yet cost about $20 each. They serve about HALF of what other Chinese places charge for the money.
  
  When we finally left and paid $50 for TWO VERY SMALL MEALS, I had a frown on my face & said to the Chinese boss: "Your portions are very small".
  
  In her broken English she laughed and "Ah Yes".
  
  Obviously, they know that they are a RIP OFF and continually rip off their customers.

  well i guess the restaurant business is a tough one to crack! It seems that no matter how reasonable the food is and how lovely the service is there will always be the odd one to complain. First of all, the lady who Noodle refers to as the "Chinese Boss" spoke terrific English when I ordered my very well priced meal, and was kind enough to make up a dish for me that she did not have on her menu! In regards to the portion size, i could not get through mine! So yes i do recommend anyone who would like an enormous amount of food at low prices, Mcdonalds down the road has just what your looking for! Anyone who is looking for a Chinese meal.. Oriental Cafe is the way to go.. WE WILL BE BACK!
